Experience
Coping with enterprise networks scattered in both geography and organization requires first-class visibility and control over all the main processes. While transparency and real-time event visibility should be provided among the concerned business partners, every process within the supply chain should be measured by one or more Key Performance Indicators against previously-defined targets. Finally, proper structured reporting systems should help the focus on strategic supply chain performance and their interpretation. Often this is also the least developed part of the supply chain visibility system.
